Wearing: KOOGAL maxi tulle skirt/ Kmart flats
The beautiful clear sky on a Sunday Morning, the picturesque scenes Hyde Park has to offer and this beautiful tulle maxi skirt makes me feel like a princess stepping out of a fairy tale ( Though I do not know any princess whose hair is pastel lilac =). Talking about lilac hair, I must brag that I DIYed my hair and the result has been a such a dream. Heaps of people asked me how I did it, though the most help I can offer is to search for "How to dye your hair lilac" on Youtube and copy what they do. Here is the link to the video that taught me everything.
Though my parents, especially my dad is a bit skeptical of my color-changing-hair. But a dream is a wish your heart makes, and I have secretly wished that I have pastel hair for as long as I remember. When I was in high school, it was impossible to stand out and have your hair dyed an unusual color. Now, as I grow a bit older and wiser, I would love to fulfill my own wish, and so I did. My husband is surprisingly supportive of my choice and I'm forever grateful for his love and support.
Our life is a series of choices. Despite my impatience, I'm usually quite careful with my choices and rarely regret about the past. So if you listen to your instinct and want something badly, I 'd say "Go for it!" Above all, you only live once...So why not do things that make you happy, like change your hair to pastel lilac?
